Weekly Cricket with CricketQube
Programme aim: To provide a safe, inclusive and enjoyable weekly cricket environment that keeps young people active, builds confidence, and strengthens social connections through sport.
Who it is for: Young people aged 10–17 of all abilities — complete beginners through to those already playing in clubs or school teams.
What participants will do: A structured hour of cricket each week, typically including core skills (batting, bowling, fielding), small-sided games and match play, with an emphasis on enjoyment and positive progress.
Development pathway: For young people who want to go further, there are supported opportunities to build leadership and employability through coaching qualifications, plus wider training such as first-aid and safeguarding.
Approach and environment: Relaxed, supportive and high-energy, with coaching focused on teamwork, communication, respect and personal growth alongside cricket skills.
Accessibility: Free to attend, with no kit or prior experience required.
